Our Closet Cash-Out service is a simple, stress-free way to give your preloved pieces a second life. Located in Hamilton Central. We buy your quality women’s and children’s clothing, then resell it through our thrift and consignment store and eco markets.
Drop off your items or have them posted directly to us, we’ll assess what we can buy, and you’ll receive a payout offer based on the resale value. No need to list, wait, or deal with buyers — we handle it all!
What we’re looking for:
✔ Preloved women’s and children’s fashion in great - new condition✔ Trendy, in season pieces (outer season accepted at lower price back)✔ Footwear, accessories, books, and small treasures
What we can’t accept:
✘ Damaged, stained, or heavily worn items
✘ sleepwear with the safety tag removed✘ Underwear and swimwear✘ Linen or bedding✘ large baby gear (e.g. prams, highchairs)
How it works:
Post your items directly to us or visit us in-store and drop at your convenience.
Provide us with your name and contact information.
We assess and select the items we can purchase, all others will be returned or donated at your request/on your behalf.
You’ll receive a payout offer within a few days via email.
Accept the offer and get paid via bank transfer or store credit.
If you decline offer, a counteroffer can be made. Otherwise, your more than happy to collect your items from us. (Collection must be made in 7 days, otherwise your items will be donated)
