Welcome to Little Thrifters Club – your go-to spot for preloved fashion, sustainable finds, and community-led thrifting. By using our website, shopping with us, or consigning items, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

1. General

• These Terms & Conditions apply to all purchases, consignments, and services offered by Little Thrifters Club (both in-store and online).
  
  
• We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Updates will be posted here, so please review them regularly.
  
  

2. Purchases

• All items are secondhand or consigned and sold as-is. Some wear or imperfections may occur.
  
  
• We do not offer refunds for change of mind. Store credit or exchange may be available within 7 days at our discretion.
  
  
• Items must be returned in original condition, with proof of purchase.
  
  
• Clearance items are final sale – no exchanges or returns.
  
  

3. Consignment Policy

• Items must be clean, in good condition, and suitable for the season and our style (preloved, sustainable, curated).
  
  
• All items are reviewed before acceptance. We reserve the right to decline items that do not align with our store.
  
  
• A consignment agreement will outline your return percentage and how long we'll display your items (usually 4–8 weeks).
  
  
• Unsold items must be picked up within 7 days after the consignment period ends or may be donated or discounted.
  
  
• Payouts are made monthly via bank transfer or store credit.
  
  

4. Market Stall Bookings

• Stall spaces must be pre-booked and paid in advance to secure your spot.
  
  
• We accept vendors offering handmade, eco, sustainable, or preloved products.
  
  
• Stall fees are non-refundable unless the event is canceled by us.
  
  
• Stallholders are responsible for their own setup and pack-down.
  
  
• We reserve the right to decline stalls that do not align with our community values or product standards.
  
  

5. Sustainability & Community

• We're here to champion circular fashion, low-waste living, and to uplift small local businesses.
  
  
• We ask that all shoppers, stallholders, and consignors engage respectfully and support our inclusive, welcoming environment.
  
  

6. Liability

• We are not responsible for the loss, damage, or theft of personal belongings or consigned items.
  
  
• While we take care to secure your items, all goods are left with us at your own risk.
  
  

7. Privacy Policy

• We collect only the information needed to provide our services, such as your name, contact details, and payment info.
  
  
• We do not share or sell your personal data. All information is handled in line with New Zealand privacy laws.
